We are a family of 6 and we go up to Big Bear every year for vacation. We came across Bear Central and decided to book it...SO glad we did. Hands down the best cabin we've stayed at thus far! The accommodations are so new and very well laid out. The cabin was excellent for our family and we all had our own space. The upstairs is perfect for kids or all ages...even "big kids" (adults) who love to play classic arcade games, board games, or just relax and watch TV...including a mini fridge for a cold drink or snack! The kitchen was well stocked and awesome! We enjoyed several meals together during our stay. Beds were all high end, new age, memory foam style mattresses. I usually have a hard time sleeping and I slept great! Showers are to "die for" ... I felt like I was at a luxury spa! My kids loved playing in the snow in wooden fenced in (for privacy) backyard. The location is great, quiet, and close to everything. Definitely going to book Bear Central again in the future.
