So, if you want to rent a cabin in Big Bear, you can search & search and still may truly not know what you're getting. Or, do yourself a favor and just go directly to Destination Big Bear's site and check out their awesome cabins with great photos & & descriptions. Just enter your needs, dates, # bdrms, spa, etc, and all those types of cabins are displayed. You can choose to do everything online. If, however you have any questions, and need to call and ask, just do it! They are amazingly helpful and honest about their cabins! I couldn't decide which one to rent for my family and they helped me make my final decision, with patience and info. relative to what my family would want. The cabin we chose was Black Diamond Lodge! We were so excited based on the beautiful photos & details we read & heard from DBB! Upon arrival, when we walked in...WOW! The cabin exceeded our expectations, it was absolutely perfect! First time ever I can say that a place actually looked better there, than in the pictures. Loved all the oak wood furnishings, beautiful stone fireplace and fun foosball table! Our family ended up staying an extra night as we were enjoying ourselves sooo much & we all felt at home there. Need to thank Evan for making our extra night stay so easy! He was also the best at recommending restaurants etc. Thanks also to Tristan who was awesome with all my concerns before we came. Thank you Destination Big Bear & the owners of Black Diamond Lodge! My family only gets limited time together, (2 college girls) and our few days up in BB were the best!!!
