I would like to start off letting your management team know that Karina was amazing throughout the whole process, from start to finish and always very pleasant on the phone, never left anything unclear. The property was AMAZING, plenty of room, very clean and close to everything. Big rooms, game room a plus. Fireplace, living room area, dining room area and kitchen all together is a plus and allows the families to be together at all times. Highly recommended. Once again, Karina should get a raise. Amazing customer service.

We enjoyed our stay in Big Bear - The house was great. I would have like a welcome folder with things to do in the area and instructions on how to work the spa. All and all it was a very enjoyable stay and we will definatly stay with Desitination Big Bear next time we visit.

We had a great experience last weekend. Destination Big Bear services is great! The Fox Lodge cabin was great!! Everything as the pictures shows, I needed to call for questions and I was well attended with great costumer service. The kids enjoy the game room, board games, etc. I personally loved the stove!! We are planing to go back soon!!! Definitely will contact Destination Big Bear again!! Thank you for help us build great memories for my family!
