Moonridge Mountain Ski Cabin is a fully remodeled Gambrel-style Big Bear cabin, nestled in the peaceful natural setting of Moonridge, just 1.3 miles from Bear Mountain Resort. This retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
Main Features
✓ Cozy Living Area: Relax by the fire in front of the wood-burning stove. The living room features super comfy sofas, including a reclining sofa and a pull-out bed, as well as a rocking recliner. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the large flatscreen TV.
✓ Dining Area: The dining area offers a large table with seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar, perfect for keeping the cook company while they prepare a great meal.
✓ Well-Appointed Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a standard coffee maker.
✓ Master Bedroom: The master bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed, flatscreen TV, ample closet space, and outdoor access to the back patio.

The second bedroom features a twin daybed with a twin trundle, ample closet space, and upper deck access. Both rooms provide peek-a-boo views of Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-size futon, foosball table, a large flatscreen Roku TV, and board games.

Booked as a last minute spring break vacation spot. Location is beautiful and peaceful. Tucked away in the residental area and away from the normal traffic. We saw maybe three other families during our stay. We had snowfall during our stay which surprised us but was honestly wonderful for not just us but our kids who used the back of the property to sled down the hill. Outside of a trip into town for groceries we had everything we needed for a nice staycation. Those things being said the residence needs some updating/service. The kitchen sink has some trouble draining. The Jacuzzi is in need of maintenance. One of the jacuzzi cover arms is being held together by electrical tape. The jacuzzi kept accumulating this sawdust like substance on the edge of the water, there are more but I have limited space. Biggest gripe is having to take your own trash out into town, not sure why cleaning crew can't do it. Minor complaints, but overall great place.
