Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Everyone felt comfortable and all we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Instructions were clear and host was flexible with check out which is much appreciated. House is very roomy and perfect for a large group or family. Would definitely recommend this home.

I have to say I was surprised! The outside of the cabin did not match the inside! Everything was amazing. I was hesitant because of a review I read stating that the beds were hard as rock, amongst other not so good things. It was exactly the opposite of what I read. The fireplaces were not operating when we arrived. I called Destination Big Bear and the sent out a utility worker within 1 hour! Both fireplaces were working just fine and I even got great recommendations from him. The Spa was amazing! The couches had to of been the most comfortable couch we have ever lounged on! The biggest plus for me was the master bedroom fireplace. The house could use a little dusting on the outside to make it look more inviting. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Thank you Big Bear destination! I will definitely be booking this cabin in the near future.
