Because we needed a good, fenced yard for our dog, this was a perfect place for us. It was nicely upgraded and comfortably stocked and furnished and worked great for our group of 7 adults (and the dog). Four bedrooms, each has a queen and two have an extra single, two bathrooms, and an open concept living area were all as pictured. It was very clean everything was in good working order. Although there is not a view, it is quiet and in the midst of tall pines and was a great location for getting groceries and to recreational opportunities. Our 2 runners even enjoyed running up to the top of Snow Summit and down, right from the cabin!

I rented this house for 2 couples and 3 single friends for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for us! We didn’t want to spend a ton of money, but we also had a list of requirements. We wanted larger beds for the couples, at least two bathrooms, a hot tub, a large kitchen, and a fenced in yard. The beds were comfortable, but everyone agreed they would have taken better pillows. The bathrooms were decent. They weren’t huge, but they served their purpose. The hot tub was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking stuff for us to make all of our meals at the home. We had brought some specific items just in case, but we would have been covered. We also loved the size of the kitchen. There was plenty of counter space. The fenced in yard was perfect for my medium size dog. The area under the patio is open, but there wasn’t anything under it that would have been dangerous for her. Check in was simple and took no more than 5 minutes. We didn’t have any issues that required further contact with the rental company. We called them on the morning of check out and were allowed a late 1pm check out which we were grateful for. All in all, I think this rental was the perfect middle ground for people who don’t mind paying for some nicer ammenities, but don’t want to break the bank for luxury accommodations.
