We enjoyed our stay 100% The place was roomy and comfortable. A quiet location close to Big Bear Resort and far enough away from the noise of Big Bear Blvd. My son loved the room that had all the games as well as the game cabinet. My daughter loved that she had her own mini-suite bedroom and didn't have to share with her brother. My husband and I enjoyed our spacious room and bathroom. Only downside was that the pump for the jacuzzi tub wasn't working but when we reported it, Destination Big Bear sent someone out same day to confirm that it was broken. The kitchen had everything we needed (but wished we were given more than one small roll of paper towels). We did run into an ant problem on the last day, but there was ant spray under the sink, so this must be a common concern. Overall a great place for our stay, quiet, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. We would definitely rent this cabin again!
