The house was great, exactly as advertised. Before our trip, I was provided detailed information regarding my stay which was really helpful. The check-in process was fast and informative. We had some minor hiccups with the hot tub and grill, but as instructed in the information I received prior to check-in, I contacted Destination Big Bear right away and they were able to send someone to the house within the hour. The downstairs game room, which we dubbed the "man cave" was a big hit amongst the men in the house, a little tight around the pool table, but overall a great space! The house was also a quick 8 min drive from Snow Summit, which was convenient for myself and my guests. Overall, I would stay here again. Everyone that I encountered at Destination Big Bear, in person or on the phone, was very helpful and nice!
