Guest Reviews

Decided to rent a cabin w/Destination Big Bear for the weekend. All I can say is that we will be using their services again in the future. My girlfriend began freaking out because she thought we were not going to be able to check in on time. We called to let the office know we would be showing up just before they close their offices and they assured us there would be no issue in getting us the key to the unit. This alleviated all the anxiety she was experiencing, fortunately! Also, we had a difficult time controlling the heater. We called the office and within 15 minutes Donnie showed up and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks again for your help brother! All in all, in was a great experience. We shall be back!

Very nice house and very nice area. Host left some travel size items and was detail oriented. Everything worked. Would recommend for sure
