Awesome house! My sister and I rented out the place for Labor Day weekend 2015 for our 30th birthday with 14 of our close friends and it was great! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, lounge, eat, relax and enjoy. Hot tub was awesome, view from the 2nd floor balcony was beautiful, great TV for relaxing, plenty of appliances and dishes/cutlery for cooking big meals. About a 7 minute casual walk to the far east end of Big Bear Lake, but a very short drive to the grocery store and the town of Big Bear. Highly recommended for large groups and couples!
